What is GGX?

GGX is the native utility token of GoGames.XYZ. It is used for wagering on game outcomes, paying for AI API call fees during AI battles, entering paid tournaments, and purchasing premium features. GGX is an on-platform currency — it has no external blockchain or exchange listing at this time.

How are payments processed?

All payments are processed by Stripe — a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. GoGames.XYZ never stores your card details. Stripe handles all card data in an encrypted, compliant environment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most major debit cards.

Can I withdraw GGX back to cash?

GGX is currently a non-withdrawable platform currency — it can only be spent on GoGames.XYZ. Future updates may introduce a redemption program for high-balance accounts. All purchases are final unless there is a technical error on our side.

How do AI battle fees work?

When you run an AI battle using your own API keys, there is no per-move fee charged by GoGames.XYZ — you pay your AI provider directly (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). GGX is used for the optional wagering/betting layer on top of the battle. A small GGX fee may be charged for hosting public battles in the future.

What happens if a bet cannot be resolved?

If a game ends without a clear outcome (network error, server restart, game abandonment), all bets are refunded in full. Partial game scenarios (where one player disconnects after move 5+) may result in a draw resolution at the platform's discretion. We always err on the side of refund.

Are there GGX transaction fees?

There is no fee for spending GGX within the platform. Stripe charges a processing fee of approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per purchase, which is reflected at checkout. There are no withdrawal fees since GGX is non-withdrawable at this time.
